We can ship to most countries around the world. Shipping costs are calculated depending on size, contents and fragility of the item(s). Ask us for a quote by filling in our online contact form (click 'Contact' at the bottom of every page)  or contact us through Whatsapp, Instagram or e-mail. We often use private couriers inside EU, and mostly FedEx, UPS, DHL outside EU.

We ship, deliver and also offer pick up

We ship your item within 3 office days. Depending on country of destination delivery times may vary. Track and trace will always be provided. Personal pick up or private delivery in the Netherlands is also possible.

Returns

Return policy

Items can be returned within 14 days after delivery. They have to be in the original state and undamaged. Let us know as soon as possible if there are any problems. We can provide a label for the return shipment but the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs

Damaged goods policy

Even though we use the most trusted shippers in and outside EU, occasionally an item can get damaged. We insure our shipping. Make sure to always take pictures of every detail, including the box, material and shipping label. We will always try our very best to compensate for any damage or find a satisfying solution. In case your item is damaged but you still want to keep it, we will pay out what the insurance pays out. This may not be the full amount of the original purchase. We don't offer the option that the buyer keeps the item, and also gets a full refund regardless of what the insurance pays out. A full refund is possible after sending the damaged item back, shipping paid by the buyer.
