We offer fully crated or securely (triple carton) boxed worldwide shipping, with white glove service available upon request. Shipping costs are calculated individually, based on the size, contents, and fragility of each item. For a personalized quotation, please complete our online contact form by selecting “Contact” at the bottom of any page, or reach out to us via WhatsApp, Instagram, or email. Within the European Union, we frequently work with trusted private couriers, while international shipments are typically handled through FedEx, UPS, or DHL.
Shipping Timeline & Delivery Options
Orders are dispatched within three business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the nature of the shipment, as custom crating requires additional preparation, as well as the destination. Track and trace information is always provided. Personal collection or private delivery within the Netherlands is also available upon request.
Returns
Return policy
Items may be returned within fourteen days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition and remain undamaged. Should you encounter any issues upon receipt, we kindly ask that you notify us as soon as possible so we can assist promptly. A return shipping label can be provided upon request; however, the cost of return shipping remains the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged goods policy
Having shipped hundreds of parcels, and working exclusively with the most trusted crating specialists and high-quality packing materials, instances of damage are extremely rare. In the unlikely event that damage does occur, we kindly ask that you notify us as soon as possible so we may initiate an insurance claim and assist you promptly. We will always make every reasonable effort to provide fair compensation or reach a satisfactory resolution.
Should you choose to retain a damaged item, any compensation will be limited to the amount reimbursed by the shipping insurer. Please note that this amount may differ from the original purchase price. We are unable to offer a full refund while the item remains in the buyer’s possession, irrespective of the insurance outcome.
