A rare Dutch Art Deco modernist table lamp or bedside light c. 1925. Designed by the Dutch interior architect Vastenholt, who was head of design at Max Coini.
For personal preference, we include two lampshades; the original one (on the latter pictures) and a new custom made one.
The lampbase is made from metal and decorative wooden balls (the large ball is laqcuered wood, two of the small dark balls are also out of wood and the small silver ball and cilinder are metal) The lamp has the original light socket, the wiring has been renewed. The base is in excellent condition regarding its age. The original lampshade has visible signs of age and wear. The new one is in perfect condition.
