A wrought iron table lamp from the Amsterdam School era in the 1920s-1920s, the Dutch version of Arts & Crafts. The lamp has its original hand sewn lampshade, which is quite rare and sought after. This shade is in good condition regarding its age. The lamp has been professionally rewired (European wiring and an E27 socket).
The elegant shape combines very well with other Amsterdam School or Arts & Crafst elements or stunning as a single eye catcher, suitable in many interior styles.
It's quite a heavy piece due to the material (iron) and it stand very stable.
