Product Details
A distinctive modernist Dutch Art Deco side table from the 1920s, crafted in solid oak with a warm golden-brown tone and vivid wood grain.
The circular top rests on an architectural arrangement of broad upright supports, with rounded lower corners softening their geometric lines. Open spaces between the supports lend the design an airy quality, offering a changing composition when viewed from different angles. A smaller circular base echoes the tabletop, while black-stained bun feet provide a playful, contrasting accent.
The oak has been expertly restored, revealing the richness of its colour and expressive grain. With its balanced proportions and unusual silhouette, this table makes a handsome accent piece beside an armchair or sofa, and a decorative addition to an individual, thoughtfully composed interior.
