Elegant dutch piano stool in solid stained and lacquered oak with a rare design, estimated around 1950, could be older. It has a leather look/skai upholstery. The tripod design of the base gives the piece a very modernist as well as a dutch art deco appearance.
The stool is sturdy, the padded seat turns well and brings the height up from 50 cm to around 56 cm. Great addition to a modernist interior. It is very well made, solid and in good condition considering age and use. It has some wear on the leather (a couple of tiny tears) which is hardly visible.
