Elegantly designed occasional table from Art Deco era, ca. 1930. Eye catching piece with decorative ornaments around the tabletop - black laquered details and coromandel ''teardrops'', characteristic for the Dutch so called Amsterdam School design. The base has wood carved accents in the cross shaped joining of the legs and leg ends. The piece is made from oak and has a tabletop in European maple. The wood has the original protective layer of dark woodstain, and is in very good condition regarding its age. Some pictures were taken in sunlight in order to provide a complete picture of its appearance.
