Product Details
Unique set of four early (around 1910-1920) Haagse School dining chairs with modernist/ De Stijl influences. Very simple and functional design with clean lines and oval shaped recesses that operate as handles. Great in an out of the box or minimalist interior as well as in an interior with organic and earthy shapes and sustainable materials.
The chairs are made from solid beech wood. Rather heavy chairs, about 8 kilograms each. They have been carefully cleaned with respect to each chairs' own character and patina. Professionally reupholstered in genuine leather in almost the same colour as the wood, with a soft padding underneath.
