Elegant Dutch Art Deco occasional table or cocktail table, late 1920s to early 1930s, in solid oak and a glass inlaid top. The top is integrated. Quite an unusual and stylish design with a modernist twist.
The style is more The Hague School but has some characteristics of Amsterdam School as well. It comes from The Hague.
Considering its age, this table is in very good condition. The glass has some superficial scratches but it's only visible in certain light. At evening it looks completely clear and pitch black. The wood has been freshly waxed and is in good condition.
