Product Details
Elegant and functional, this Amsterdam School side table is a nice example of early 20th-century Dutch design. Made from oak and oak veneer, it features a striking mirrored veneer top with a symmetrical, starburst-like pattern that adds subtle visual interest.
The table has a solid, round structure supported by four sturdy solid oak legs. Each leg is rounded with a sharper edge that runs down the length—giving the piece a clean, architectural feel. Below, a second circular shelf offers extra surface area and reinforces the table’s balanced proportions.
Overall, the table is in good vintage condition, showing minor signs of use consistent with its age. The craftsmanship is solid, and the design makes it a versatile piece - ideal as a side table, lamp table, or even a small coffee table.
The table is stamped NAVES underneath. This must have been a Dutch furniture manufacturer as we have often seen Dutch tables with this stamp.
