A decorative brass wall sconce with palm leaves, France, 1970s. Mounted on a wooden board which is upholstered with a velvet, burgundy - to brown coloured fabric. By MaisonJansen, but not marked. They rarely added their signature on lamps. It has all the characteristics and the age.
Great patina on the leaves. Lovely addition in interesting, eclectic interiors.
The electric wiring and fitting are original and in good working order, has a switch and plug
Works with two E14 (small) lightbulbs.
